HOW TO CLAIM YOUR FREE STUDIO ONE MOVIE PASS
Our 3 Possible Methods for Redemption:
1- Bring your pass into the theater. Simply bring this email into Studio One & present it at the ticket box office to redeem. No Reservation Convenience fees will apply and you can immediately redeem your pass. Redemption through this method will be subject to seat availability at the time of redemption. NOTE: Simply showing the pass email from your phone will suffice- there is NO NEED TO PRINT out passes.
2- Phone Reservations. You may call Studio One Theaters at (971) 271-8142 to reserve your movie using your pass. To guarantee seating, we highly recommend to not leave a voicemail, and to speak directly with one of our staff during regular business hours. Please note a reservation convenience fee equal to that of reservations online will apply using this method. Please have handy the code number listed in the white block at the bottom left of the pass you would like to redeem. You may need to confirm the email address to which these passes were emailed.
3- Online Reservations. You may redeem your pass online using the steps below. Please note a convenience fee will apply using this method.
Note: If you have previously created a login to our site, simply log in again and you use your passes as before.
If you have not previously created a login to our site, following the steps below will enable you to also take part in and benefit from future Studio One Theaters promotions.
Directions:
ii- Scroll down to the movie times window. At the top right of the movie times, click the "Person" icon.
iii- When the Sign In window pops up, enter the email address to which your passes were emailed, and also enter a password you will remember. Then click "Register".
(Note: once you've registered an email, you will only need to click "Sign In" the next time you visit our site.)
iv- A note window will pop up saying a confirmation has been sent to this email. Click "OK". The Sign In screen will still be showing with the information you previously entered. Simply click "Sign In" and the Sign In screen will disappear.
v- Now pick your movie normally. When you go to pick the number of seats, you can choose to use one or both of your movie passes from "REWARDS" and the cost will be subtracted from your final total. Again note the convenience fee will still be applied. Check out as with your payment method as you normally would.
You may also mix using Reward seats as well as regular Ticket seats. The final costs will be applied appropriately at checkout.

MOVIE PASS POLICY DETAILS:
You may redeem either pass or both passes at once. Once a pass has been redeemed, it will be noted in the system and that pass will no longer be valid for redemption.
Due to some movie studio restrictions, there may be certain premier movie titles in which passes are not allowed to be used.
VIP Movie Passes are admittance/admission passes only and have NO CASH VALUE, they cannot be redeemed for cash, nor will any monetary value be provided on a gift card as replacement for these passes.
These VIP Passes are subject to all other Studio One ticketing policies regarding refunds and changes as listed at the bottom of each individual movie title page on our website.
